Implementation

The Agent Readiness Implementation Sprint

The audit told you what to fix. The sprint ships those fixes. Your team implements with our architectural oversight, or our engineers handle it end-to-end. Either way, every change is measured before and after.

The gap

You have the audit. Now what?

The Implementation Sprint starts where the Agent Readiness Audit ends. The audit produces a prioritized roadmap of exactly what needs to change. The Sprint ships those changes.

Most internal teams know exactly what should happen but don't have the capacity to execute it within a useful timeframe. Audits that don't ship in 60-90 days usually never ship.

The Implementation Sprint exists to close that gap.

Haven't done the audit yet? The audit is the foundation for the Sprint's scope of work. Most engagements start there. Learn about the Agent Readiness Audit.

How it works

Two ways to ship

Some teams have the engineers but not the specialized knowledge. Others don't have the capacity at all. The Sprint works either way.

In a Guided Sprint, your team writes the code. We write the specs, review every PR, and measure the results. You get the architectural oversight without giving up control of your codebase.

In a Managed Sprint, our engineers do the implementation. Same specs, same measurement, same outcome. Your team stays focused on their own roadmap.

Both end the same way: measurably better AI visibility, a validation report proving it, and a team that knows how to maintain the architecture going forward.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can you do this without an audit first?

Rarely. The audit is the basis for the SOW. If you have done a comparable audit elsewhere or already have a clear, scoped technical need, we can sometimes proceed directly to a Sprint. But most engagements start with the audit.

How do I choose between Guided and Managed?

If your team has engineering capacity and wants to learn the methodology hands-on, choose Guided. If your team is at capacity and you want the work done without pulling engineers off their roadmap, choose Managed. Both deliver the same outcome.

What if the audit found more work than fits in a Sprint?

The Sprint addresses Critical and High findings. Medium and Low findings are documented for your team to handle or scoped as a follow-on engagement.

What is the post-Sprint state?

Your site has been measurably remediated against the audit findings, your team has a handoff document, and you have post-implementation Agent Visibility Curve data to verify the work. From there, most clients move into Agent Readiness Monitoring.
